Terms for invited readers

Allowed use

Premise reports, dossiers and emails are shared with invited readers for their personal, non-commercial use.

By accepting your invitation, and each time you open Premise material, you agree to the following:

• Personal use only. The material is for you alone. Do not share, forward, post, publish or otherwise redistribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
• No reverse-engineering. Do not try to work out, recreate or imitate the Premise strategy or Marco AI's methods from the published selections, their timing, the data shown or any other part of the material.
• No commercial or automated use. Do not use the material in or for any other product, service, newsletter, model or dataset, and do not use it to train, test or benchmark software, including AI systems. Do not scrape or bulk-download it.
• Your links are personal. Dossier links are issued to you and may expire. Do not share them.
• Research, not advice. The material reports a paper-traded research account. It is not investment advice or a recommendation to you. Your decisions are your own. See the full disclaimer.

If these terms are broken

We may withdraw access at any time, and we reserve all of our other rights.

Ownership

All Premise material, including text, data compilations, charts, the Premise™ name and logo, and Marco AI content, belongs to Emissary International LLC. Third-party data and trademarks belong to their owners.
